Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Stewardess in managing the interior team, Provide high-end guest service (silver service, bartending, housekeeping), Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest and crew areas, Support inventory management and provisioning. Requirements: 1 year of yachting experience, STCW, ENG1, Food&Hygiene lev.II, Schengen Visa, Strong service background (hospitality preferred), Positive attitude and attention to detail.

We are currently looking for candidates to join a 60m private M/Y based in Italy. You will be part of a well-established, friendly and mixed crew, with a positive and motivated working environment. Requirements include EU passport, Fluent English, previous yachting experience preferred, positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and professional work ethic.
