A 37.5m private motor yacht is seeking a talented sole chef to join in Bodrum, Turkey, as soon as possible. This is a single-chef galley — you'll own it from start to finish. The season: Mediterranean, running through to 31 October. The owners are European, culinarily switched-on, and they know good food when they taste it. The brief is elevated simple — they don't want fuss, they want classics executed brilliantly. Think a spaghetti bolognese so good it stops conversation, a perfectly cooked beef fillet with beautiful sides, vibrant and varied salads, plenty of fresh vegetables, and proper crowd-pleasers done right — smash burgers, a great club sandwich. Quality ingredients, clean flavours, and presentation that does the food justice. You'll also be looking after crew meals. We're looking for someone who cooks refined, flavour-forward versions of the classics, plates with care, is organised and ahead of provisioning, runs smart, tight cost control as standard.
