SOLE CHEF

A 37.5m private motor yacht is seeking a talented sole chef to join as soon as possible. This is a single-chef galley — you'll own it from start to finish. The season: Mediterranean, running through to 31 October. The owners are European and know good food when they taste it. The focus is on elevated simple classics with quality ingredients, clean flavours, and attention to presentation. You will also be looking after crew meals.
