SOLE CHEF

A 37.5m private motor yacht is seeking a talented sole chef to join as soon as possible. This is a single-chef galley, where you'll own it from start to finish. The season is Mediterranean, running through to 31 October. The owners are European and prefer elevated simple classics executed brilliantly. You'll be preparing crew meals and must focus on refined, flavour-forward versions of classics, plating with care, being organised with provisioning, and running smart, tight cost control.
