Yacht Maintenance / Captain

An established yacht management company overseeing a fleet of approximately 15 boats is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Captain to join our team immediately. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on yachts; operating and captaining vessels safely when needed; coordinating maintenance schedules and assisting with vessel readiness; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and general boat systems; maintaining clean, safe, and well-organized vessels; and assisting with other operational needs across the fleet. Requirements include previous experience in yacht or boat maintenance, practical knowledge of marine systems and troubleshooting, a valid captain’s license or appropriate credentials preferred/required depending on duties, reliability, organization, self-motivation, ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Must be available to start immediately.
