Service includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a mix of refined and family-style dining. Responsibilities include preparing fresh, health-conscious meals, creating balanced menus tailored to dietary requirements including vegan and gluten-free, maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen organisation, and collaborating with the chef team to deliver consistent quality.
