Mate / 2nd Stewardess–Deck

39m sailing yacht, primarily private use with some charter, professional and hands-on crew, dual-season itinerary (Med summer, Caribbean winter). Mate: Support the Captain with navigation, bridge operations, deck management, and documentation. Maintain high standards on deck and assist with all sailing operations. 2nd Stewardess/Deck: Primarily interior duties including housekeeping, laundry, and service. Assist on deck during off-trip periods and support general vessel operations. Requirements: Mate: Yachtmaster Offshore (sail) minimum, strong sailing background, previous yachting experience preferred, organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. 2nd Stewardess/Deck: Previous interior experience required, confident in housekeeping, laundry, and service, PB2 preferred, willingness to assist on deck. General Requirements: Non-smokers and drug-free, team-oriented with strong work ethic, cabin sharing between roles (Male Stew/Deck or Female Mate preferred, couples considered).
