The First Mate needs a minimum of 2 years experience on boats of 80ft+, with solid deck skills, ocean miles, and good mechanical skills. The Stew-Cook requires a minimum of 1 year stew-cook experience on yachts, with sailing experience a plus and a warm personality essential.
