First Mate

Looking for a reliable, hands-on Mate with engineering skills to join our team on a 108’ motor yacht. This is a NE Summer, Florida/Bahamas/Caribbean Winter program with a busy schedule, so you'll be a great leader, energetic, confident on deck, competent with maintenance, and easy to work with. Responsibilities include deck operations: mooring, anchoring, washdowns, maintenance, driving and maintaining tenders, assist with passage planning and safety checks, engine room duties (filters, fluids, basic checks), keep logs updated and equipment in good shape. Who we’re looking for: YM Offshore or USCG 100–200 GRT, 5+ years yachting experience, AEC preferred or engineering experience, fluent in English, STCW, ENG1, B1 Visa in hand, confident and polite, non-smoker/vaper, easygoing, and drama-free.
