Chief Stewardess

Lead and manage interior operations, supervise the interior team, ensure high service standards, handle housekeeping, service, provisioning, and guest experience, maintain organisation and smooth running of the interior during busy guest periods. Requirements include fluent Portuguese, previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts, non-smoker, strong leadership and service skills, able to work within a young, international crew, comfortable with seasonal Mediterranean cruising and potential Brazil-based rotation.
