Lead the deck team and oversee all deck operations, including maintenance, safety, and watersports. Support navigation and ensure smooth daily operations. Build strong rapport with owners and contribute to a professional onboard environment. Requirements: Yachtmaster Offshore (mandatory), Working towards OOW preferred, Previous First Mate experience advantageous, Strong leadership and deck management skills, Confident with watersports and tender driving, Fluent English, Non-smoker, EU/UK-based candidates preferred, Schengen visa and Seaman’s Discharge Book (for non-EU candidates).
