Captain – 109’ Mangusta | Private Motor Yacht

Minimum 500-ton Captain’s license. Proven command experience aboard motor yachts of similar size. Mangusta experience preferred. Experience with yacht transportation and vessel loading operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills. Extensive knowledge of Florida and Bahamas cruising, with Mediterranean experience preferred. Excellent navigation, passage planning, and operational management skills. Hands-on, organized, proactive, and safety-focused approach. High standards for vessel maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation. Professional demeanor and the ability to work confidently with owners, guests, and crew.
